At a regular meeting of the County Court on the above date, at vffiich
time were present Judge Harland M. Woods and Cor.unissioners A. D. Thompson and
Wesley Schulmerich, the following business was transacted:
Mr. and Mrs. John Flansberg of Willamina, Oregon, called on,the
Court regarding tract of land near Bell MOlmtain. The Court advised them that this
'tract would not be for sale at this, time.
H. L. Hurt of Pacific City called on the Court regarding the
purchase of 15 acres of county land at Dolph. The application of Murphy Bros.
for this tract is on file., He also' stated 'he "would paint signs for the County..

1~. Charles llicks of Bayocean called on the Court to see i f possible
to e;ct <:I.l1yvTork done on the road, either grading or oiling.
tIr. Robert Thornton and 111'. John Hathaway called on the Court to
discuss Edwards property at mouth of Neah-Kan-Nie Road. The Court then made plans

Court. The Court cOlmted the votes cast at the election for the consolidation of
Hebo and Cloverdale School TIistricts. The quest~on of Consolidation was defeated
in Hebo 65 to 26 and Dassed in Cloverdale
22 to one.

Mr. John Weber called on the Court regarding the condition of his

Irma D~ Hans"et, a co-par~nership 'and TillamOOK County regarding payments due
CountYfor timber stwnpa?e. The amount being $7,392 0 93 and is to be paid by the

The Court met with W. E. Anderson" County Surveyor, David
Schappert, County Engineer and Mr. Charlie Sullivan in regards to property
involved at the entrance to l~eah-Kah-Nie Mountain. After vievving the property
and discussing the problems 'with Mr• .:>u1livan,.. it was found everything would
be to the satisfaction of the individuals concerned.

An Agreement was signed authoriZing Cullen T. Rist to audit
the books of the District Boundary Board of Tillamook County, Oregon for the
amount of $705.00.
The Court signed a Boat BAsin Lease vdth Edith W. Jones, •
Executrix of the EState of C.' Harold Jones, Decased. Lease is for a period of
five years with annual reEta1 of $240.00 per year and carries the priVilege of
subletting.
