Cold War Bunker Tours During the height of the Cold War, the U.S. Government built a relocation facility for Congress at The Greenbrier and today the resort offers tours of this once top-secret bunker. Built in conjunction with an above ground addition to the hotel, the West Virginia Wing, the Bunker now offers a fascinating reminder of The Greenbrier’s unforgettable history.
