Welcome to the new Ruckley 'core' collection.
This catalogue represents a new start for us. We have listened to our retailers and their customers and
we recognise that the marketplace has changed. Retailers face many challenges and it is up to us as a
supplier to make sure that we can help in every way possible and to earn our customers’ trust. We
have therefore made some changes that will benefit you and make your job a little easier:
• We have re-launched our collection of arrangements – all of which are still designed at the
Ruckley Estate in the heart of rural Shropshire. Our ‘core’ collection will be offered from stock
throughout the year. It includes familiar products alongside new items. We are confident that it
represents a range of quality giftware, at good value price points, which we know through our
years of experience sells well.
• In order to improve our service to you, we have made some changes to our terms of trading.
There is now no minimum order quantity. All carriage is paid by us for all orders over
£150 excluding VAT. And there are no pack quantities.
• To help you order exactly what you need, when you need it, and at a time convenient to you, we
are launching a new web site – just for our trade customers. It is an account based site with a
simple user interface. To register, please contact us on 01952 460427.
• We will supplement our 'core' collection throughout the year with seasonal ranges, promotional
offers and one off clearance opportunities – all planned to help you maximise your sales and
profitability.
Over the years the Ruckley brand has come to represent top quality 'quintessentially English' faux
flowers and arrangements. We are very proud to continue this tradition and to be official licensees of
the coveted Royal Horticultural Society and David Austin Roses brands.
