private life and at work. He finds happiness with
Signora, who teaches the classes. The success of the
evening classes helps him to forget that he didn’t
become Principal.
Before the evening classes, Signora is sad and lonely,
without a home or job. She finds happiness with
Aidan because of the evening classes, and discovers
that she is an excellent and popular teacher.
The Italian classes bring Bill and Lizzie closer
together. Knowledge of Italian will help Bill to earn
more money, which will keep Lizzie happy.

him to help them to hide some boxes. But after a
conversation with Signora, he promises to live an
honest life in future.
At the classes, Connie meets Laddy, who tells her
about his nephew’s financial problems. Connie

and she helps Laddy’s nephew. As a result, she leaves
her husband because of his selfishness and illegal
activities and makes a lot of new friends.
