TSX-V: FYL | finlayminerals.com PIL PROJECT TOODOGGONE REGION, BRITISH COLUMBIA • 2016 Discovery of copper (Cu) and silver (Ag) mineralized alkali porphyry bedrock containing abundant chalcopyrite. Rock samples collected from outcrops and talus below a cliff face assayed 0.05% to 1.04% Cu and 2.8 to 23.9g/t Ag. This discovery, called Copper Cliff, is within the Pillar East Zone of the Pil property. • 2015 Discovery of epithermal gold (Au) silver (Ag) vein-breccia system. Immediately south disseminated chalcopyrite was found in numerous fragments on a large talus slope of tuffaceous volcanic rocks. Rock samples returned Cu values ranging from 0.99 to 1.67% and Ag values from 3.2 to 33.8g/t. • • • John Barakso, geochemist, has worked in the Toodoggone region since 1961 and was part of the discovery team of the Kemess deposits with Kennco Explorations (Western) Ltd. Pil Project KEMESS EAST KEMESS MINE 1999-2006 Discoveries of Cu-Mo porphyry (NW Zone), epithermal Au-Ag vein-breccia system (Atlas East Zone). Other zones include Au-Ag mineralization in shears and silicification above alkali porphyry (Silver Ridge Zone), quartz veins, potassic alteration and Cu mineralization and postulated pyrite halo above deep, buried alkali porphyry (Pil South Zone). A strong deep TITAN IP anomaly near the southern ATTY boundary potentially indicates mineralization linking ATTY with the Kemess East deposit. In all, three Titan IP anomalies were identified immediately north and in line with the Kemess East deposit. • Much of AuRico’s Kemess East deposit lies within 1,000m of the ATTY property border • AuRico Metals Inc. announced on January 13, 2017 that they have significantly expanded the high-grade core of the Kemess East deposit and that the deposit remains open to both the north and south. The drilling, Titan IP results and the recent delineation of the deep Kemess East deposit leads to the conclusion that the 2004 drilling was peripheral and north of the intrusive source. 1000 m 0 SILVER HOPE PROJECT Kemess East Kemess Underground 678000 m The Equity Silver Mine produced 71 million oz.
