Any cancellation received on or before 14 April 2017 will result in a cancellation fee of 25% (of the workshop fee)

No refund will be made to any cancellations received after 14 April 2017 and thereafter.

No refund will be given for no show

If you are not able to attend, you can substitute an alternate delegate.
