Ridgway Rouens:
Outstanding layers with hybrid vigor. This dual purpose
bird will give you both meat and egg production. Pullets
are black, cockerels are barred color.
Rouens are an excellent meat type duck. They are similar
to White Pekins in size and weight. They attract
attention whenever seen. The male is especially colorful,
having a deep lustrous green head and upper neck, while
the back is gray mixed with green. The female is barred
on the wings with brown body color and penciling in all
sections.

Pheasants
Ring Neck Pheasants:
Order pheasant for your enjoyment. Hardy, strong stock
for hunting or dressing. They are non-migratory, live on
the ground scratching for weed seeds and grains left
after harvest. One of the most popular game birds and
greatly esteemed as a table delicacy. Watch them
develop into beautiful mature adult birds in 16 to 18
weeks. Dress out at 2 lbs.
Ridgway Mallards:
Mallards are an excellent game bird and they are popular
with sportsmen. Many a "disappointed" sportsman will
pay a good price for genuine Mallards. Their coloring is
brilliant and they provide a delicious delicacy for special
dinner occasions. Mallards fly, but will stay at home if
fed regularly. Trainers will use these game birds to train
their dogs. Pinioning will not remove their wild quality.
Ridgway Colored Indian Runner:
Indian Runners are a good breed for the home duck
flock, being ornamental and highly entertaining. Egg
production averages 275 to 340 eggs per hen. Indian
Runners are unique and practical with their upright
posture, fast gate, and good laying quality.
Ridgway Blue Swedish:
Gray-blue in color with white bibs. Extremely hardy due
to being bred in northern England and an active forager.

Guineas
French Guineas:
French Guinea breeders have for many generations,
intently selected this variety for rapid growth and for
year round production of eggs. French Guineas, when fed
a high energy, high protein ration similar to broiler feed,
will weigh in excess of 4 pounds at 13 weeks of age. They
will lay throughout the year. Some of the benefits of
having a farm flock of guineas are as follows: very fine
"watch dogs", keep snakes away from the farm and
consume grasshoppers, ticks and other insects.
