Bayer CropScience Opens 2015 Fall Solutions Early Order Program for
Lawn & Landscape
Fall Solutions offers early-order cost savings for lawn & landscape professionals
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (September 21, 2015) – Environmental Science, a division of Bayer
CropScience LP, is launching the 2015 Bayer Fall Solutions™ Program, offering early order incentives for
lawn and landscape professionals. Fall Solutions opens October 1 and extends through December 11,
2015. The flexible program allows participants to save on individual products or product bundles to
maximize savings.

As an added perk, Fall Solutions qualifying participants who order before October 31 can earn up to an
additional 9% Total Program rebate. The Total Program Rebate is comprised of a PAK bonus, an October
bonus and a tiered base bonus purchase-level rebate. Those at the $40k purchase level will qualify for a
continued 9% rebate on all 2015 Fall Solutions products purchased through September 30, 2016.

About Fall Solutions

All rebates for 2015 Bayer Fall Solutions will be paid based on the participant's My Bayer Rewards profile
choice as of March 1, 2016 (Distributor Credit or Loyalty Points). If no selection is made, the default for Fall
Solutions rebate will be Distributor Credit. Purchases qualifying for rebates will be the net of reward or
credits. All products must be invoiced between October 1 and December 11, 2015 to qualify. Rebate
calculations will be based on the date of actual product invoice and calculator tools are provided for
estimation purposes only. Rebates will only be paid or delivered to the company or name listed on the
invoice. No checks can be issued to a third party. Please allow for rebates to be fulfilled by August 31, 2016.
Only end-user purchases qualify for this program, and purchases must be from a Bayer authorized
Distributor or Agent. Resale of product(s) purchased within this program will not qualify for rebates of My
