Prime Power Park is a 180-acre industrial park
located in Stanly County, North Carolina, less than
an hour’s drive from the Queen City of Charlotte.
A unique feature of this park is its 4 MW of backup
power generation, making it perfect for companies
that require higher levels of electric reliability.

To jumpstart development, planners have cleared
and rough-graded a 6.7-acre site ideally suited for
a 100,000 square foot building. Plans for this tiltup concrete building are already in place. For
companies needing a bit more room, there is an
additional adjacent 4.9 acres that is also cleared
and rough-graded, allowing for a total building
size of up to 200,000 square feet.

Development Grant Program, which
offers eligible businesses a grant
based on the assessed value of

capital investment and number of
