Time Required: 15 minutes
Activity
1. Provide each student with the following questionnaire. Later, after the teacher has
taught some of the concepts and the class has done the activities, the second side of the
questionnaire can be used as a review exercise. The quiz can be used to gauge what was
learned by the students.
