followed by a classical performance by the Camerata Romeo all female string orchestra, or a
quartet of top opera singers, or an AfroCuban folk show on the beach.

Transportation with
a difference
We use luxury air-conditioned tour coaches for all transfers. For a
more select service we can provide a fleet of classic 50’s American
cars. We also offer something very special using a fleet of Coco
Taxis which carry two passengers in a three wheel vehicle shaped
like a coconut. For a more traditional and romantic try horse-drawn
carriages.
An excursion on the Hershey ‘Chocolate’ Train through the Cuban
countryside and sugar plantations is a fun event for participants.
Onboard we provide an open bar, a Cuban band and dancing with
cabaret gals and guys. Our classic 50’s American car excursion is also
very popular.
A typical half day trip would be driving to the main places of interest
in Havana such as the Revolution Square, the Malecon seafront also
known as the ‘sala’, or as a transfer to the Tropicana Show.

a visit to the Che Guevara Research & Community Centre which is managed by his son and
daughter, or a talk by the ex-personal butler to Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra, and Meyer Lanski,
the ex-Mafia boss, among others. Take a private guided tour following the Hemingway Trail to
some of Hemingway’s haunts where he perfected his art of drinking Daiquiris, Mojito’s and Cuba
Libre’s, the hotel where he wrote his novels and a visit to his house which is now a museum.
As well as visiting the fishing village where he and his boat captain spent many nostalgic days
drinking and eating the days catch in the now famous La Terraza bar.

Varadero where we can arrange a mini tournament and lashings of beer at the 19th Hole Bar.

ABOUT HAVANA
F
ounded on the 16th of November 1519, its original name was San
Cristobal of Havana, but it had three previous settlements before
this definitive one.
During the period of colonialism it was considered to be “The key of
the Golf” and “fortress of the West Indies,” because of its strategic
geographical position in the Caribbean Basin, and the most important
city of Spain in this part of the world. The harassment of corsairs
and pirates was the reason that such a system of fortifications was
created for this large city, which is among the oldest forts of America.
You will find here the castles of the Tres Reyes del Morro, The Real
Fuerza and The San Salvador de la Punta.
Capital of the Republic of Cuba, modern and cosmopolitan, follows the agitated course of modern days.
This city is the center of the cultural, economic and social life of the Island. Havana, without any doubt,
is a city of the World, rich in traditions, legends, history and glorious colonial Spanish architecture; it has
a treasure of ancient buildings, plazas and churches from the colonial period, situated as a whole of its

ABOUT VARADERO
I
t has the enchantment of its beach, the bounty of its sun and the pleasure that the Caribbean provokes. More
than 20 kms of beach of fine white sand and a limpid blue sea identify Varadero, which occupies a very privileged
position in the Caribbean area. Internationally recognized as one of the most famous beaches of the world where
tourists from all latitudes turn up in the search of a sensational vacation while enjoying its pure air, clean and safe
beaches, and comfortable accommodation in 4 or 5 star hotels. Varadero is a palpable image of the ideal place for a
stay like no other: with family, alone or with others.
During the XIX century, and with the objective of careening their boats, many mariners began to anchor their ships
along the shore of the beaches and thence the name: Varadero. There they found a tranquil and isolated place with
indescribably beautiful beaches. In the decade of the 50’s, a project began for the first constructions, and utilized
them as houses of resting by its owners for long periods of vacation. Actually, it is the most important tourist
