“70 Meters to
Olympic Glory”
Bud Greenspan, considered
one of the best authors, producers and directors of sports
films, has just brought out “70
meters to Olympic Glory”,
the film of the Olympic
archery competition of the
Games of the XXVI
Olympiad, the Centennial
Games, in Atlanta. The director has managed to capture
the excitement, energy and
intensity of the new competition format. For 25 minutes
the spectator can witness the
determined, concentrated and
nervous faces of the 64 men
and 64 women who, over
several days at Stone Mountain, were pitted against each
other for the honour and glory of sport. This video, which
is in English, will be available
in French in the third quarter
