Hi, everyone. There has been so much happening
lately that I’ve barely had time to write the
newsletter, but I have been receiving some
messages that strongly want to be shared, so here
it is! First I want to let everyone know that I am
gearing up for quite a few workshops and galleries
in the upcoming months. I will be giving a
mediumship gallery and have a booth at the
Conscious Living Fair this weekend and then off to
Eureka Springs for the Healing Path Expo the
following week. Contact me if you are interested in
upcoming workshops in Memphis; it helps us to
plan events for times that work for you.

several radio shows you might enjoy. In this newsletter is an article on what I am calling
‘Energetic Drano’ and the ‘Four Bodies of Being Human’. So many of us still have limited
understanding of the true nature of reality and the energetic universe, but since we are
moving rapidly towards ascension along with Mother Earth, I thought this teaching would be
significant at this time.

weekend and will be giving readings at my booth there both days. At the Gallery, I will be

meaning that I give personal details that verifies that I am speaking to specific loved ones.

Energetic Drano: Improving
the Flow of the Four
Bodies
As we move towards ascension, we need to
understand our energetic bodies and clear them
so that we can ascend into the spiritual
energetic beings that we truly are. We have
often heard that as humans we are spiritual
beings having a physical experience. But exactly
what does this mean in a literal and energetic
sense? Because of the nature of physical reality,
many people perceive that the material world is
all that there is. However, it is only part of an
energy spectrum; all things in the physical world
are standing waves of light whose frequency
has slowed down enough to take on form. This
form is created and kept in place by an
intentioned focus of energy that comes from
the spiritual body, and that in turn is connected to an oversoul.
The oversoul is closest to God in frequency and regulates all of the experiences of our many
multi-dimensional selves. These selves exist simultaneously in many locations across the
universes in the past, present, and future. Time exists only in this plane we reside in. It is a
construct we designed to take on physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental lessons that need
a perception of a ‘beginning’ and ‘end’ in order to be endured under such heavy energetic
density. Our existence in the human form - in the physical body now - is but a part of this
oversoul. The human being is electromagnetic and is comprised of four energetic bodies that
each vibrates to their own frequency bands. They are the physical, the mental, emotional,
and the spiritual. The mental, physical, and emotional bodies are contained around the body
and are separated by frequency, but remain connected so that each is constantly influencing
the rest. The soul body is actually above the physical body and regulates frequency from
higher spiritual realms into the physical.
Why is this important to understand? There are several reasons; you may want to be more of
the light, move closer towards God energy, be able to hear guides and connect to higher
realms in this plane, or you may want to resolve life lessons stored in your physical existence
in order to move towards ascension. To do these things, you must increase the frequency
(raise the vibratory rate) of these bodies by working with and understanding them and what
each is responsible for in the processing of the human experience.
As a psychic medium, I see distortions in
each of these bodies that allows me to assist
others with issues and to determine which
body one must clear energetically. These
distortions appear to me like color and wave
distortions. When energy is stuck in any of
these bodies, it reminds me of a flow
problem like we would see when a pipe is not
flowing properly, except instead of water we
are dealing with energetic waves of color
frequency bands. Thus the goal is to clear
the flow problems; for this we need
‘energetic drano’!
The mental body generates energy in the
form of waves that are produced by our thoughts. If these thoughts are high in energy, or
positive, the frequency bands operate in higher frequency and thus they store more light.
Negative or heavy thoughts decrease the frequency and they distort the field or energy bands
of each particular body. It is all about the energy and whether it is heavy (low frequency) or
light (high frequency) which determines the ability of the human body to hold light. There is a
cascading effect between the bodies. If you have a clear, well-formed thought (clear intention,
whether positive or negative) this energy influences the emotional body which manifests as
strong feelings (emotion) of your belief system. If this belief system is strong enough, it
cascades into the physical body and influences the physical. If you have positive thoughts,
this creates positive emotions, which in turn manifests in good health in the physical body.
With negative thoughts, the opposite is true.
Now let’s get back to our ‘energetic drano’. What is it? What can be used to clear the flow
problem in our four body systems? The answer is ANYTHING that will influence the movement
of this energy to a higher wave frequency. We can do this in many ways. We can do it by
shifting our intentions and thoughts, by asking with strong intention and belief through
visualization for God’s grace to remove negative energy. We can visualize universal energy
spinning negative energy out of our bodies , or we can use lightworkers and energy healers
with their myriad of techniques to move the energy. There are many types of energetic
dranos! Whether it is you or someone assisting you, remember to set the intention clearly
(mental body), believe it strongly (emotion body), and see it occurring (sensory physical
body). We need light in the body to ascend, so let’s set an intention to call all plumbers
(including ourselves) to the rescue!
