Pay Phones
All pay phones have been removed from Cleveland
Browns Stadium. If you need to use a public phone,
please report to one of the main Guest Services locations or club level concierge located at the following
Sections: 102, 313, 338, 509 or 534.
CLEVELAND BROWNS STADIUM
GUEST SERVICES
There are seven Guest Services locations located at
each of the four main entry gates and across from Sections 102 509 and 534. Guest Services assists fans
with lost and found, lost children, Stadium directions,
emergencies, general information and accommodations
for fans with disabilities.
Lost & Found
Any items found should be turned in immediately to a
Guest Services booth. To inquire about lost items, contact
lost and found at 440.824.3362, or visit www.ClevelandBrowns.com/stadium/lost-and-found.html on our website and fill out a lost and found report form.

KEY LOCATIONS
Family Restrooms
Family Restrooms can be found near the following
Sections: 118, 122, 130, 137, 150, 301, 319, 336, 349,
502, 515, 530 and 537.
ATM Machines
PNC Bank ATM machines are located across from Sections 112, 129, 139,148, Team Shop, Legends, City View
Club-311, Lake View Club-328,342, 515 and 537.
First Aid
Cleveland Clinic First Aid Stations are located in the
following areas:
Lower Level Main Concourse Sections 127 and 139 Club
Level Concourse Sections 316 and 342 Upper Level Concourse Sections 508 and 533.
Elevators
Elevators are located at five different locations throughout Cleveland Browns Stadium:
Northwest Suite Elevators, Northeast Suite Elevators,
Southwest Elevator, Southeast Elevators, Southeast
Suite Entrance Elevators.
The following people are permitted to ride elevators on
game-day: Handicapped guests, suite ticket holders as
well as properly credentialed guests, staff and media.
Escalators
Escalators are located at six different locations
throughout Cleveland Browns Stadium:
North Club, South Club, Southwest Gate, (West End
Zone and South) Northeast Gate (East End Zone and
500 North).
“Browns Buddy” System (Lost Child Program)
This lost person program is designed for parents or
guardians bringing children or individuals to Cleveland
Browns Stadium. In the event that parties become separated, identifying wristbands aid in the reuniting process.
Wristbands are available at the Guest Services booths located at each of the main entry gates, at the Main Guest
Services Room across from Section 102 and at the Guest
Services Rooms across from Sections 509 and 534.
Wheelchair Response
Wheelchair response locations can be found in sections
102 and 127. Wheelchair assistance can also be requested at any of the Guest Services locations.
Designated Driver Booths
The Bud Light Good Sport Program is part of the Cleveland Browns commitment to public and fan safety. Fans
may register to be a designated driver at the Bud Light
Good Sport Designated Driver Booths at Sections 121,
141 or at any Guests Services location. You will have
a chance to win a Cleveland Browns/Bud Light prize.
Remember, friends don’t let friends drive drunk. Designate a driver.

A partnership designed to transform the premium
dining experience at Cleveland Browns Stadium
The Cleveland Browns and ARAMARK have joined forces to form the Cleveland Browns Hospitality
Group at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Cleveland Browns Hospitality Group will provide Club Level
Members with award-winning concepts and favorite recipes from Cleveland’s own nationally renowned culinary stars and local restaurateurs Michael Symon, Rocco Whalen and Jonathon Sawyer.
Opening on the Club Level are outposts of Symon’s B Spot and Whalen’s Rosie & Rocco’s, while
Sawyer will debut a brand new concept, Sawyer’s Street Frites, featuring the signature item from his
flagship restaurant Greenhouse Tavern. In addition to these great offerings, the Club Level culinary
experience will also include popular destinations Quaker Steak & Lube and Sushi Rock.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Cleveland Browns Stadium staff and our partners
are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience to all fans in attendance. Please be courteous and
respectful to those seated around you and refrain from
behavior that interferes with others’ ability to enjoy the
event. When attending an event at Cleveland Browns
Stadium you are required to refrain from the following:
n Behavior that is socially unacceptable, offensive,
unruly or illegal in nature.
n Using or displaying foul or inflammatory language
or gestures.
n Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team’s
fans.
n Throwing objects onto the field.
n Entering the playing field or interfering with the progress of the game.
n Failing to follow instructions or refusing to show your
ticket stub when asked by a Stadium representative.
n Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that
results in irresponsible behavior.
n Smoking – In compliance with chapter 3794 on the
Ohio Revised Code, smoking is prohibited in Cleveland
Browns Stadium.
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well
as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using
their tickets. Stadium staff will strive to maintain an
atmosphere where all fans in attendance can enjoy the
event free from the above behaviors. Event patrons and
guests in violation of these provisions will be subject to
ejection, arrest and loss of ticket privileges for future
events.
If the behavior of a fan or fans around you becomes disruptive or violates the Fan Code of Conduct, the incident
should be reported to the nearest Stadium representative. To report an incident anonymously during a Browns

Camera Policy
Cameras and video cameras (camcorders) are allowed,
but must not interfere with another fan’s enjoyment
of the game. The images reproduced may not be used
commercially. Video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game.
Banner & Sign Policy
Banners and signs are permitted, but must be eventrelated, in good taste, cannot obstruct another fan’s
view and cannot cover any Stadium signage. They may
not contain commercial messages, logos or political
endorsements. Fans are permitted to hang banners
and signs that adhere to these guidelines along the
field wall as long as they do not interfere with any messaging placed by the Browns, their partners or the NFL.
Management reserves the right to confiscate signs that
are in violation of Stadium policy.
Food & Beverage Policy
Guests are permitted to bring small food items into
Cleveland Browns Stadium for personal consumption.
Food items should be brought in a clear plastic bag.
Beverages of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking Policy
In compliance with Chapter 3794 of the Ohio Revised
Code, smoking is prohibited inside Cleveland Browns
Stadium. For guests’ convenience, there are smoking
sections located outside each of the entry gates and
inside the bike racked area outside of The Grille.
TICKET INFORMATION
CHECK IT OUT ...
BROWNSTOWN
Located across from Sections 131-136, BrownsTown
features an 11,000-square-foot venue open to all
fans for the ultimate indoor tailgating experience.
The climate-controlled BrownsTown has a largeformat, high-definition (HD) projection screen, 36
liquid crystal display (LCD) TVs and a full-service
bar. BrownsTown offers fans several specialty food
locations. BrownsTown is also available as a rental
space on non game days.
HERITAGE HALL
Ticket Office
On game-days, the Ticket Office opens at 9:00 AM and
will remain open until the end of the game. The Ticket
Office is also accessible from inside Cleveland Browns
Stadium across from Section 104.
Heritage Hall is a Hall of Fame for legendary Browns
players and coaches. Heritage Hall is located inside
the west end of BrownsTown and can be accessed
across from Sections 133-134.
Will Call
Will Call is located on the south side of Cleveland
Browns Stadium. Windows open three hours prior to
kickoff and remain open until halftime. Picture I.D. is
required to claim tickets. Tickets will only be released to
the person whose name appears on the envelope.
Located across from Section 108, The Grille opens
two hours prior to kickoff on Browns game days
where traditional tailgate food is served along with
your favorite cold beverages.
ADMITTANCE POLICIES
Tickets
All fans regardless of age entering Cleveland Browns
Stadium must have a ticket or credential to gain admission to Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Gate Hours
Gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry into Cleveland Browns Stadium is prohibited.
Fans may NOT leave the Stadium and re-enter on the
same ticket during any event. Fans can be issued a
medical re-entry stamp for emergency medical purposes by a Gate Supervisor at their discretion.
THE GRILLE
On The Air
The Grille is also the location of the Liberty Ford Studio, which hosts the live TV pregame broadcast. In
addition, The Grille is the location of the PNC Bank
Cleveland Browns Radio Network Northeast Ohio
Ford Dealers Pregame Show. Ninety minutes prior to
kickoff, WTAM’s Mike Snyder and former Browns QB
Mike Pagel hosts their weekly countdown to kickoff
that features exclusive interviews with Browns head
coach Pat Shurmur. The program also features regular guests from the national NFL scene.
DCT LEGENDS CLUB
DCT Legends Club is a private hospitality area on
game day that can only be accessed with proper credentials. DCT Legends Club is located above the Lower
Dawg Pound on the 200 Suite Level (East End Zone).
FAMILY ZONE
Presented by SUBWAY
The Family Zone is a ticketed seating area that
stresses a family and kid friendly environment. Located in the northwest corner of the 500 Level in
Sections 541-543, the Family Zone offers guests the
opportunity to enjoy the game in an alcohol-free environment. With visits from Chomps, our Cleveland
Browns mascot, kids’ food options and special activities, the Family Zone is a great place for children.

BROWNS BACKERS/JR. BACKERS
The Browns Backers/Jr. Backers Booth is located at
Section 136. Guests can sign up for Browns Backers
or Jr. Backers memberships. Kids can sign up to participate in raffles and receive free giveaway items.

PSL WALL
The PSL Wall spans from Sections 141-149 and is a
dedication to all the season ticket holders of Cleveland Browns Stadium who purchased PSL when the
team returned in 1999.
