How to
Pack of 275
CLEVER TIP
1
Cut a square of crepe paper approximately 30cm x 30cm in desired
colour. Place cardboard roll on one end of the square leaving about 4cm
from the outside edges.
2
Roll the cardboard roll up in the crepe paper and secure with a piece of
tape. Fold the shorter excess crepe paper into the cardboard roll.
3
Cut strips in the longer excess crepe to create a tail.
Leave strips uncut at one end to make it easier to attach
them to the fish.
4
Cut out an orange piece of crepe paper 20cm x 10cm and cut three or
four strips into it.
5
Push the orange tail strips into the middle of the fish tail and attach by
tying a piece of yarn around both tail pieces as close to the cardboard
roll as possible.
6
CLEVER TIP
Wrap and tape a small piece of the orange crepe paper around the
head of your fish and attach wiggle eyes with glue.
These cardboard roll fish can be decorated in a number of ways. Use the
steps above as a decorative guide and mix up the techniques to create a unique fish breed
of your own!
7
Cut out two fins from coloured card and poke them under the orange
crepe paper strip around the head. Attach with tape if needed.
