To receive your $75.00 USD rebate by mail, follow these simple steps:
Purchase either a new TND™ 530 from January 1, 2017 through February 28, 2017 from a participating travel center.
Read and complete this form. If you wish to request multiple rebates, please complete a separate form. (Handwriting
must be legible for your submission to be processed.)
Enclose a completed version of this form (one form per device), the UPC bar code from the packaging, and your
original receipt or a copy of the receipt for the purchase of your new TND™ 530, with the date and purchase price
circled, from a participating truck stop retailer. (The barcode will need to be cut out from the box.)
Rand McNally will not accept PayPal™ receipts.

Rebate good only on the purchase of a new TND™ 530 from an authorized truck stop retailer and does not include refurbished devices. This rebate excludes on-line
purchases including on-line auctions, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Open only to legal U.S. and Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. Limit
one rebate per valid receipt. Rebate requests must include this original request, receipt and UPC bar code, and must be postmarked by March 14, 2017 and received by
March 28, 2017 in order to be eligible. Will not accept PayPal™ receipts. Each rebate request must be mailed in a separate envelope. Rand McNally is not responsible for lost,
late, damaged misdirected, incorrect, or postage-due mail or C.O.D. receipts, or any consequential or incidental damages. Incomplete or illegible requests will not be
honored. Requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Reproduction, transfer, trade, purchase, or sale of rebate form and/or cash register receipt is
