4 reasons to choose
Schneider Electric
EVlink charging
solutions

manage, and maintain, with an intuitive interface for both
users and fleet managers.
+ safe
Charging begins only after the cable has been securely
plugged in, making EVlink totally safe for users.

Example:
Charging for one hour at a standard
shopping center terminal will let you
drive 78 kilometers.
+ smart
EVlink charging stations offer built-in smart energy
management features like optimized charging power
according to vehicle needs and the power available on
the grid. Because the stations can communicate with
both the vehicle being charged and the power grid, users
can remain updated about station availability and charge
progress.

just park, plug in, and
charge
When switching from a traditional combustion-engine vehicle
to an electric-powered vehicle, one of the biggest challenges
is making sure your car is ready to drive whenever you need
it. This means charging whenever you can and, ideally,
whenever you park your car. Whether you are stopping for
just a few minutes or several hours, taking advantage of every
opportunity to charge will make driving your electric car both
practical and convenient.
Easy-to-use charging terminals

for electric vehicles
Take advantage of each opportunity to charge
your vehicle, every day!
Wherever your day takes you, you’ll find a charging terminal

Safety: Charging must be totally safe for you, your car, and the
electrical installation where the charging terminal is installed.
Performance:
• The equipment must be suitable for several hours of use
every day.
• Charging your vehicle should not affect any other
equipment hooked up to the electrical installation.
Ask your installer how you can optimize your existing
electrical installation to ensure that charging your electric
vehicle is both safe and convenient.
Why you shouldn’t use
standard outlets
Electric vehicles are generally delivered with
a cable compatible with standard electrical
outlets. However, this type of charging should
be used only as a backup. Standard outlets are
not designed to provide the high currents (10 A)
electric vehicles require, nor are they suitable for
regular charging or prolonged use (a full charge
can take up to 8 hours).
