How to Create IU Guest Account
1. Access our LMS home page by
copying and pasting the following
link into a new browser window:
https://expand.iu.edu/browse/pub
lichealth/courses/breastselfexamte
sticularselfexam. Then, click on
‘Enroll’.
2. Click on ‘Create one now’ on the IU
EXPAND log-in page.
3. Complete all fields on the ‘Create
Guest Account’ page and click on
‘Submit’.

4. Access your activation email via
your email account and review
your IU Guest username and
confirmation code.
5. To activate your account, go to
http://ama.iu.edu/guests/Activate
Guest.aspx and enter the
username and confirmation code.
Then, click on ‘Activate Account’.
6. Once you have activated your
account, an activation confirmation
page will appear. Click on ‘Canvas’.

7. Log into Canvas using your Guest
Account username and passphrase.
8. Click on ‘Enroll in Course’.
9. Confirm your enrollment in the
course. Click on ‘Go to your
Dashboard’.
10. Click on ‘Begin Course’.

Canvas supports the current and first previous major releases of the following browsers:

Firefox (please note Extended Releases are not supported)

We highly recommend updating to the most current version of your preferred browser. Your
browser will notify you if there is a new version available.
Some supported browsers may still produce a banner stating Your browser does not meet the
minimum requirements for Canvas. If you have upgraded your browser but you are still seeing the
warning banner, try logging out of Canvas and deleting your browser cookies. Learn how to clear
your cache on a Mac or a PC.
