Regardless of how you decide to get your files to us, we will always invite you
to upload your files to our QA DropBox upon confirmation of payment.
You can choose to accept the invite and upload the files for us to carry out
the work on. Upon completion of the work, we will permanently delete the
files.
The image below shows the options that we as the account holder have with
regards to your files. (Note the secure nature of this method)
We will never share your files.
If you decide not to accept the automatic invite to upload your files to our
QA DropBox, you will need to have your own DropBox account.
From your own DropBox account you can share any file with us and access
the files as we work on them. This feature will allow you to remove the files
from our view/access at any point, should you identify a security/data
protection need to do so. (This will effect the completion agreement).
This option allows you to remain in total control of your files should the
nature of your centre require you to have such control.
You can also allow us access to the files by creating and sharing a link to
them.
