Hit the Button
Mix up a set of times table cards (can be
designed by the children or a readymade
set can be printed off of the website).
Play just like the card game: shuffle the
cards and deal between the players. Take it
in turns to place a card down – if a question
and answer match, the first person to shout
snap wins the cards!
The winner is the person to collect all the
cards.

Grab / Splat
Grab! Lay out all the answers to the 6 or /
and 7 times tables. The caller calls out a
times table – the players grab the answer.
The winner is the person with the most
answer cards.
(For a 2 player game turn over a
question card instead of calling
out a question)
Alternatively, play splat by
splatting the answer (a hand or fly swat
will work!). The fastest person to splat the
correct answer gets a point. The winner
may be the first person to reach 10.
