Activity3 EconomicUtility Therearefourtypesofeconomicutility,orvalue,thatcustomersreceivefromgoodsorservices.Theseareform, time,place,andownershiporpossession.Whenacompanyproducesaproductfromrawmaterialsinaform thatpleasesthecustomer,itcreatesformutility.Whenthebusinessmakesaproductavailablewhenitis needed,itcreatestimeutility.Whenaproductyouwanttobuyisstockedatyourlocalstore,thestorecreates placeutility.Whenthestoresellsaproduct,ittransfersownershipfromthestoretothecustomer,creating ownershiputility.Thebuyerderivessatisfactionfromowningtheitem.
