A ‐ Personal and Check Information B ‐ Earnings The Personal and Check Information section outlines personal information, such as name, address, hire date and marital status and exemptions for federal and state withholding. This section also displays the pay period begin and end dates for the pay stub’s check date. The Earnings section details each earning record on two lines. On the first line is the date worked, confirmation number, and job description, along with the dollars for that day. The second line shows the district in which the job was performed. C ‐ Withholdings The Withholdings section displays current and year‐to‐date amounts withheld for federal withholding, Social Security (OASDI), Medicare, state withholding and local tax (when applicable.) D ‐ Net Pay Allocations The Net Pay Allocations section details the net amount of your pay for this period and year‐to‐date. The last four digits of your direct deposit account will print next to the deposit type under the Description heading.
