After having measured and then reduced your Green
House Gazes (GHG) emissions, your company can
partly or completely neutralize its climate footprint
through projects that reduce or avoid GHG emissions.

Ecocert offers adapted services and accompany you
all along your compensation initiative throughout
projects that already exist or not:
Putting you in contact with projects
In its accompanying, Ecocert indicates you the
projects adapted to your company (activity,
resources): country choice, type of compensation
(reforestation, renewable energy…).
Our verification standards
According to your expectations, we use the following
verification standards:
Reforestation and Solidarity Standard
Developed by Ecocert, this standard frames and qualifies
reforestation and sustainable agroforestry projects that do
not have access to common carbon finance mechanisms. It
guarantees a quality carbon compensation taking into
account biodiversity, environment, social and economic
development of local communities.
Creation of tailor-made project
Ecocert offers a wide range of services associated
with the development of a compensation project:

Conception, formulation of the project
(specification, PDD, identification of partners …)

Support during the complete life-cycle of the
project (registration, verification by a third party,
management of the potential carbon credits…)
In order to accompany you during the choice of your
project, Ecocert experience guaranty you an expertise
on the mostly known and used compensation
standards that are available on the carbon market.
Verified Carbon Standard - VCS
Ecocert proposes you the VCS which is the main standard
of the voluntary carbon compensation market.
Private standards
In accordance with private initiatives that do not belong to
the carbon market (no credit selling), Ecocert validates and
verify the conformity of projects with contractual clauses
and the requirements developed by these programs.
