Inspire your young artist at a Kidcreate Studio birthday
party. Our parties combine fun art projects with lots
of giggles and grins. We can even customize the projects
around your party’s theme. Our enthusiastic teachers help
each child create a take-home art project. Our fun, bright facilities are the perfect
backdrop for a creative learning experience. Host a party knowing your child and
their friends will be inspired, creative and educated!
We oversee the party from start to finish and get the mess out of your home.

The Party Plan
 The party starts when you arrive! Your child
will begin by creating his or her very own
birthday crown.
 Next, the Kidcreate staff will lead the children
through the art projects selected just for your
child’s party.
 Paper flying, children giggling, it’s time to
open the gifts!
 What’s a birthday without cake?
 At the end of the party the Kidcreate Studio
staff cleans up the mess. No hassle for you!
All the Important Stuff
 Parties are available for children ages 2 to 12 years. Parents can drop off children ages 3 and
up. Children under 3 must be accompanied by a caregiver during the party.
 The cost of the Basic Party includes the participation of 15 children. We can accommodate up
to 25 kids at our studio. Planning a smaller party? Our Mini Party is for 10 or fewer children.
 Parties are 1 1/2 hours long. An additional 1/2 hour of party time can be purchased if desired.
 We provide the instructor, birthday card mural, project of choice, art materials, on-line
printable invitations, paper products, on-line printable thank you cards and all the clean up!
 We welcome families to bring any food and beverage items they would like to serve at the
party. You don’t need to bring plates, cups, forks or napkins. We supply all the paper products.
 Party times available: Friday 6:00
Saturday 10:00, 12:15, 2:30 and 4:45
Sunday 10:45, 1:00 and 3:15 (Additional times available on request.)

Basic Party: $285 for 11-15 guests
Mini Party: $235 for 10 or fewer guests
In-Home Party: $20 per child (minimum of $200)

Additional guests: $10 per child
Additional 1/2 hour of studio time: $75

Have all your party guests autograph a Kidcreate Studio t-shirt or apron. Or have it customized by one of our staff
artist. We can add the birthday child’s name and match your party’s theme with the customization.

What is included in the party package?
The party package includes a 1-1/2 hour private party. With the party, we provide the
instructor, a birthday card mural, all the art supplies needed for the party’s project, and
paper products. On-line printable invitations and thank you cards are also included.

How many children can we invite to the party?
The Basic Party includes the participation of 15 children. Our Mini Party is designed
for parties of 10 or fewer children. We can accommodate up to 25 kids at the Studio.
Additional guests cost $10.00 per child.
How can I find out what dates and times are available?
Give us a call or send us an email. We will work with you to reserve your desired date
‘and time.
How do I receive the party invitations and thank you cards?
Invitations and thank you cards can be printed from the party tab on our Web site.
Can you customize the art projects to go with our party theme?
Absolutely! If our standard projects don’t work with your party theme or your child’s
interests, we will work with you to develop custom projects just for your party.
Can we serve food at the party?
You are welcome to bring any food and beverages you would like to serve. We will
provide plates, spoons, forks, napkins and cups. We are not licensed to provide or
serve food but we will handle all the set up and clean up!
Do we need to bring serving utensils and candles for the cake?
We have a knife and spatula you can use to serve your cake. However, you will need to provide the candles.
Is it possible to have a party in my home?
Yes! The Kidcreate staff is totally portable. We can bring most of our great art projects right to your home.

Will the kids get messy?
We provide aprons for all the children at the party. The aprons may not prevent the occasional drop of paint or other
art materials from landing on clothing. We always recommend that guests dress for a mess!
Do parents need to stay for the party?
Children under 3 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Parents of older children have the option to drop off
or stay. Parents are always welcome! There is no additional charge for parents who decide to stay.
Where is the Studio located?
Our Woodbury studio is located in the City Centre East
Shopping Center. It’s on the corner of Radio and City
Centre Drive, right by Panera Bread and Erik’s Bike
Shop.
