Multiply fraction or whole number by a fraction.
Interpret multiplication as scaling/resizing.
Convert fractional measurements in customary system.
Plot measurement up to the nearest ⅛ of an inch.
Trimester Three
Generate numeric patterns from rules and graph on the coordinate plane
Understand graphs and represent problems by graphing in quadrant 1 of the coordinate plane.
Write and interpret simple expressions in relation to coordinate geometry and volume.
Distinguish between attributes of shapes and relationships among two-dimensional figures.
Represent volume using unit cubes.
Relate volume to the operations of multiplication and addition and solve real world and mathematical problems
involving volume.
