Compensating Stacker
• All feeders are on independent movable bases to meet
the ideal loading position and increase productivity.
• The systems modular design allows for easy expansion /
upgrade.
• A wide range of rigid and flexible products can be deposited perfectly in phase to the main product by using
friction and positive placement feeders. Products can be
held in place by means of hot melt tipping.
• Newly designed "touch screen" panel for setting all key
functions and minimum make-ready. A feature to this
system is the production report capability showing key
parameters and charts allowing remote access.
• Servo belt step control as standard feature to ensure
very precise wraps.
• Heavy duty cross sealer bar for all kinds of films.
• Sitma customers may select beetween a variety of
options for on-line addressing and automatic sorting.
SPECIFICATIONS
New low-profile ergonomic bases equipped with the
"break-away" pin design to accomodate a wide range of
high speed feeders.

1005-609 SIDE SEAL
Sitma has developed a unique system designed to stretch the
film prior to the cross sealing process in order to obtain a
tightwrap and perfect film fold on the sides. This will reduce the
cost of film per package utilized, producing no tails (selvage) and
optimizing product quality.
The elimination of a thermal seal on the face or back of a
package has been addressed with a new side sealing unit.
This eliminates the thermal center seal and often the need
for shrink wrapping.
