The camel humps are triangles! Kindy students should be able to recognise and name a triangle. Soon they will be able to determine a triangle no matter its height or length, by explaining it has three straight sides, three corners and 3 points. On each triangle students ‘have a go’ at writing the numerals one to five. Collectively we make triangular pyramids to display all the camels in front of. Students participate in this work under the instruction of Mrs Findlay, the DOTT teacher on Wednesday. She engages students in Mathematics – Measurement & Geometry
