Summer Camp Adventures*
For children ages 6-12. Half and full day options available.
Sprouts & Seedlings Nature Play Parent
and Child Programs*
For children ages 2-5. Classes are available year round, but in June,
July and August programs will be offered three days a week!

For ages 12 and up. Great for homeowners to police officers.
Presented by the Zoo’s Reptile Department.

Alligator Awareness Presentation*
For ages 12 and up. Alligator safety is an essential part of living in
Florida. Meet a live alligator during this informative presentation.

Night Hike at the Zoo!*
For ages 5 and up. Experience the sights and sounds of the Zoo at
night during this exciting nocturnal adventure! Registration required
by June 12, 2015. Tour lasts approximately 2 hours. Registration
required by June 12, 2015.

World Giraffe Day
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
On the longest day of the year, stop by the Zoo to spend time
with the world’s tallest land animal as we celebrate the second
annual World Giraffe Day. This worldwide celebration of these
amazing and much loved animals hopes to raise awareness
and shed light on the challenges giraffes face in the wild. By
supporting World Giraffe Day you can help to support giraffe
conservation efforts in the wild that will ultimately help secure
the future of these remarkable animals in Africa. With fewer
than 80,000 giraffes remaining in the wild, the time is right
to act NOW! Enjoy games, crafts, a chance to get face-to-face
with a giraffe at the Zoo through our Giraffe Feeding Experience, and even get a behind-the-scenes tour led by one of our
giraffe keepers.
This event is included in general Zoo admission; additional fees may apply for certain
