Charlie baxter
First of all, Charlie is an old geezer and as with many true
legends, we know very little about his past. For us the story
begins in the early 1900’s. The first ever mention of Charlie
Baxter is a postcard from the Pegu Club in Burma dated
May 20th, 1910. It was addressed to his wife in England, but
somehow got lost and eventually ended up in a postcard
museum in Harlem where we found it after a lot of research.
One of our companions met Charlie in Indonesia about a
decade after that postcard was sent. After sleeping in back
alleys, falling in and out of bars together and getting into all
sorts of trouble, our traveling companion somehow convinced
Charlie that the grass was greener in Copenhagen. One day
he fell down the stairs into our little bar, scruffy, thirsty and
hungry. We helped him to a big bowl of Tequila and to this day,
he is still with us. Always slightly tipsy, he fights off demons
and bad spirits for your convenience, all day, every day. Salud!

Europino

Henrik's & Tonic
Henrik Hammer makes a damn fine gin named Geranium,
which we mix with the zest of hand-selected white grapefruits
from the fruit bowl forest, and carefully add a large splash or
two of the best tonic we have.
This time we took some classic cocktails way out of their comfort
zone but don’t panic! If you smile to your bartender and ask nicely,
he or she will try to make you something that you know.

A simple mix of Tequila, Grapefruit and Tonic. If any mixed drink
were to be Mexico’s national drink, it would be this one.
The Mistress
Hemingway had his way with plenty of ladies, this is dedicated
to all of them. Instead of Rum’ing this “Hemingway Daiquiri”,
we serve it long with Vodka.

Feels Like Berlin
Super-dangerous-Mexican Mezcal gives this drink a smokey
character balanced by quinine and the Bitter Oranges from
Campari with fresh Lime juice for you to stay awake. Imagine a
foxy mexican lady with two smokings guns and a truck load of
stolen agave. ARRRRIBA!
Almost Bramble
A fluffy Gin-based sour with a hint of Blackberries, likely to satisfy
anyone who enjoyed the Hipster Club or the Kind of Bellini.
Doggler #2
We doggy-styled the Doggler #1 and figured that a bit of Rhum
Agricole, Vermouth and slices of Apples makes a perfect #2 in
this category of cobblers.
Do not judge the book by its cover here. Think of a hit-man in
the disguise of Barbie. Gin, Absinthe, Raspberries and
Lemon served fizzed.

Doggybags
Due to the barrels behind the bar constantly changing and
having a life of their own, there is that one time every now
and then when the taste is just perfect according to us. At that
moment we decant some of the booze into bottles and offer it on
a first come, first served basis to take and enjoy at home. One is
however always welcome to pre-order bottles to pick up and take
with you for wherever you see fit, the cinema, church, someone’s
house-warming or just staying in for a little hygge.
