Description
The newly developed Grease Supply System from ABNOX with proven pump technology and a heavier
follower plate is matched perfectly to the conical 25 kg plastic container (internal diameter 306 - 335 mm)
of various lubricant manufacturers.
With the new Cover Plate including adjustment of level, the Air-operated Grease Pump can be installed
directly, easily and quickly on the conical 25 kg original container.

Another advantage is that the clamping ring of the conical container can be used as the original closure.
Thus centring and attaching of this unit is performed with the container clamping ring, without deformation
of the plastic container.
This process also protects the contents of the container against dirt.
Thanks to the tight seal and ideal centring of the Follower Plate, a reliable process sequence and optimal
emptying of the container without wasting the expensive lubricant can be ensured.

This Air-operated Grease Supply System 25:1 from type S is suitable for transferring lubricants of medium
to high viscosity levels as well as silicon greases and silicon oils. The separate design of suction system
and air motor prevents a possible permeation of the medium into the pump head.
This pumping system 25:1 type S has the right balance between pressure and capacity when used feed
pump. Thanks to this property which is especially suited to supplying metering valves and systems it is
also ideal for pumping lubricants over longer distances.
This low-cost equipment is renowned for their high output as well as their low noise level.
All parts coming into contact with the air-supply are made of corrosion-resistant materials, offering longlife reliability.

The complete system is designed for simple and all-purpose maintenance.
Recommendation from ABNOX:
Use a maintenance unit when air supplying device contains humidity to prevent corrosion and fouling.
Use the original container and fit the right follower plate. This will avoid air pockets.
Never leave the pump system on the suction tube on the floor.
