for a set based upon instrumentation, leave blank. This document shall also serve as your intent to play the services in which you indicate
you are available.

All regular orchestra members are asked to commit to a minimum of 75% of the season’s services. Please speak with Nathan Stucky or
Jason Weinberger if your total committed service percentage at the end of the LOA is below 75%.
String counts are listed for each set. String players shall be notified when they are not needed for a reduced string set. This notification
will be in accordance with Musician Manual Article III (E).
Musicians should follow the instrumentation outlined for each piece to determine if he/she will be needed for a particular set. An
instrumentation key is provided at the end of the LOA.
Musicians who withdraw from an already committed service shall follow Musician Manual Article III(C) to avoid penalty.
All student musicians are required to audition each season. It is not necessary for students to return the LOA until after summer auditions.
