(and improved) ways to deliver housing. Michael Dickens of IBACOS will
facilitate this session. Mark Wolf of AHV Communities will share their story as a
privately-held developer, builder and operator of single-family home rental
communities, while Ned Moore of Clutch and David Brown of MetroStudy will
focus on data – connecting better with customers and using data to drive your
business. Then, we’ll host an ‘off-the-wall’ discussion to get the perspectives of
Summit participants.

This session will focus on the ‘long game’ – innovation beyond the job site and
new ways to deliver homes with an ever-shrinking workforce.
George Casey of Stockbridge Associates, Chris Raddell of Construction
Robotics, Gerry McCaughey of Entekra, and Mark Rylant of Method Homes will
share expert insights into robotics, off-site fabrication, modular and other forms of
construction automation. This session and the follow up think tanks will expand
on George Casey’s “Elephant in the Room” article from Big Builder Magazine.
