calling the prescribing doctor, confirming the patient’s financial liability with the carrier, and
furnishing the quality and cost of the various provider options—all within one business day!

Administrative Support: Once employees know the price of a service, there are still a number
of additional steps needed to realize high quality, cost-effective care. The Health Pro will
offer to make appointments, to transfer medical records, and/or to identify a provider for a
2nd opinion.

owe money. Your Health Pros can review all medical bills from the doctor, hospital,
