“Footsteps to Freedom”
Come retrace the steps of those who sacrificed much to serve the
Church and her development of early America. We will also
capitalize on the significant sacrifices made by our historical
Founding Fathers. Our tour will focus on the story of Christianity and
how it influenced early American history from the 1600’s to the
1800’s. In so doing, our journey will take us from Boston to
Philadelphia as we examine numerous denominations, such as the
Puritans, the Dutch Reformed, and the Baptists. We will observe
several key developments within the Church, including the early
mission’s movement and the Great Awakening. You will not want to
miss this incredible opportunity to “walk in their shoes” as we
recount, appreciate, and are challenged by the rich spiritual heritage
the Lord has graciously given to our country!
