Cart Repair Project
Dear Manchester Township Resident:
Please be advised that crews will be on route in Manchester Township to repair or replace any
damaged 65 gallon mobile carts for recycling during the week of May 15. Carts will be repaired
or replaced if they were damaged by Penn Waste trucks during your regular collection.
If your cart is to be repaired or replaced, Penn Waste crews will leave a tag on your cart with a
message notifying you to leave your mobile cart out. A crew will be around to repair your cart
on the same day. If you do not leave your cart out for the crew to repair, your cart will not be
repaired.
