Reformation is seeking to raise a round of capital to quadruple (4x) capacity. We are offering Class B Units (without voting rights) at $10/unit for investors willing to invest a minimum of $20,000. We reserve the option for Reformation to repurchase these Units after 5 years at a rate of $15/unit. It is our desire, but not commitment to exercise this right, giving you a 50% return for each unit purchased. It is your right to retain up to 20% of the member units, thus sharing in our long term success and becoming a partner.
