Alfagomma, after an extensive process of research,
testing and technical development, is proud to
introduce its new Galvanic Coating to the market.
Alfagomma Top Coat (ATC) is based on a system
of Trivalent Passivation and High Resistance Sealing,
which reaches outstanding rusting prevention for
high pressure fittings and adapters.
Tested in accordance with ASTM B117-03 and
UNI ISO 9227 standards, ATC ensures over 500 hours
corrosion prevention in salt spray fog to white rust,
and over 1000 hours to red rust.
Alfagomma, in conformity with the European directive
2000/53/EC, produces only Chromium(VI)-free
fittings and adapters, confirming its long-term
committment to the environment.
The treatment donates the product a slightly
purple-gray shade, which makes it immediately
recognizable.
