Crafting Calm
Spend the evening crafting your way into a zen state of mind. Research has shown that crafting can “lower your heart rate, blood
pressure and improve sleep” (Martha Steward Living, November 2012) and can “also ease stress, increase happiness and
protect the brain from damage caused by aging” (CNN Health,
January 5, 2015).
Participants will make a leather container, clay aromatherapy
necklace and painted stones (using Zentangle designs).
Tuesday, 6/13/17, 6:30-9 p.m., $32, Columbus Business Center, Susan Schoenhofer.
