MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) REGULATIONS* REGULATIONS 1968, N o . 7 t 1. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended— (a) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words " Fifteen pounds twelve shillings " and inserting in their stead the words " Forty-six dollars and fifty cents " ; and (b) by omitting from that sub-regulation the words " Forty-four pounds eighteen shillings" and inserting in their stead the words " One hundred and thirty-one dollars and twenty-five cents " . 2. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regula tions is amended by omitting Part II. and inserting in its stead the following Part:— PART II. The amendments effected by these Regulations apply to and in relation to all policies, renewals of policies and certificates of insurance issued in respect of a period commencing on or after the first day of December, 1968.
