J-\O ~ Easement Deed for Comer Cut-off 1044 Euclid Ave Reso 14-01 Planning Case PL-11-111 BACKGROUND The property owner of 1044 Euclid Avenue is constructing a new single family residence. This lot is located at the northeast corner of Euclid Avenue and Central Avenue. As a condition of development, the property owner is required to dedicate a portion of the corner of their lot (referred to as a "corner cut-off') to allow for future improvement of the curb ramp to meet street design standards and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The applicant has submitted the easement deed for City acceptance. The easement deed document, legal description (Exhibit A), and plat map (Exhibit B) are attached along with Resolution 14-01 accepting the easement deed. II. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution 14-01 and authorize City Engineer to execute the acceptance certificate and submit the easement deed to the County for recordation.
