GREEN SMOOTHIES
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 1 Serving Each.
PEACH PASSION SMOOTHIE
• 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
• 1 banana, peeled
• 1 head baby bok choy
• 1 cup coconut water
PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE
• 2 cups frozen pineapple
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup canned coconut milk
• 1 banana, peeled
• 2 cups spinach or kale
• ¼ tsp vanilla powder or pure vanilla extract
CITRUS BOOSTER SMOOTHIE
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
• 1 cup ice
• dash of natural sweetener of choice
• 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE
• 2 oranges peeled
• 1/4 cup cold canned coconut milk
• 4 pitted medjool dates
• 1-2 drops orange essence/YL orange
essential oil (optional)
• 1 cup coconut water
STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE DETOX
SMOOTHIE
• 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
• 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
• 2 cups packed lettuce of choice
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup filtered water or almond milk

• 1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled

• 2 fresh or frozen ripe spotted bananas,
peeled
• 2 cups packed spinach
• ¼ inch fresh ginger (optional)
• 2 cups nut milk
• 1-2 cups ice (optional)

HAPPY ORANGE SMOOTHIE
• 2 oranges, peeled
• 2 cups frozen strawberries
• 1 cup spinach leaves
• 1 medjool date, pitted
• 1 cup filtered water
BLUEBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
• 2 tbsp raw/natural almond butter
• 3 ripe spotty bananas, peeled and frozen
• 2 medjool dates, pitted (optional)
• ½ - 1 cup canned coconut milk
• 1 cup coconut water or filtered water

• 1- 2 tbsp cacao powder or carob powder

• 2 ripe spotted bananas, peeled
• flesh and water from 1 thai coconut OR (2
tbsp unsweetened dried shredded
coconut and 1 cup coconut water)

• dash of pure vanilla extract

• 1 cup kale, stems removed
• 2 medjool dates, pitted
• 1 tbsp hemp seeds

BLUEBERRY ELIXIR

• 2 cups brewed green or mint herbal tea,
cooled
• 1 handful spinach (or other greens)
• 6 ice cubes
• 4 pitted medjool dates (soaked for 30+
minutes if you do not have a high speed
blender)

• 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
• 1 rib celery
• 1 cup packed greens
• 2-3 sprigs mint, stems removed
• 2 cups coconut water

• 2 apples, cored
• 2 medjool dates, pitted

• 1 handful spinach
• pinch cinnamon
• pinch ginger powder, or small piece fresh
