fromthecorridorcontainthesamepreciousmetalpathfindersuiteofelements(As,Bi,V,Sb,Cu,
Pb,)(andincludeupto229ppmTe)asareoftenfoundassociatedwithmineralizationintheMain
Guayacansystem3.5kilometerstothesouth.Thestronglyalteredsamplescontainedupto0.7%
copperwithsilverrangingfrom1.3g/tto3.6g/tandgoldcontentsfrom225ppbto620ppb
respectively.
D) ActivationLabsrecentSoilGasHydrocarbonsurveyevaluationofthehighpriority1400meter
longby800meterwideMainGuayacansystemSGHsoilgeochemicalcopper‐goldandsilver
patternssuggestsdepthsfromsurfacetomineralizationof50metersto80metersinplaces.
HighlyanomalousSGHpointlocationtargetsarecoveredbyoverburden.
WestminsterResources("theCompany")hasrecentlycompletedprospectingandsamplingof
epithermalpreciousmetalzonesintheGuayacanregionoftheCompany's17,854hectare100%owned
SonoraMexicoproperty.Thisroadaccessible,flat‐lyingareaispartiallycoveredwithyoungvolcanic
rocksandsand‐graveloverburdendeposits.TheCompany’sairbornemagnetic‐VTEMgeophysical
surveyhasguidedexplorationofpartiallycoveredtargetzoneswhichareassociatedwithmajorNorth–
Southstructurallinearsandcircularintrusivecenters.Bothhavewidespreadalteration‐silicification
signaturesrelatedtoLandsatimageryanomaliesandmagneticlows.
TherecentfieldworkandupdatedmodelingofSoilGasHydrocarbon(SGH)geochemicalsurveysoil
resultshasincreasedtheCompany'sconfidenceintheprospectivityoftheMainGuayacanprojectarea
anddefinedtwonewlyidentifiedsimilarsatelliteintrusivecenters,nowknownastheFarEastGuayacan
andFarNorthGuayacantargets.
‐ 2 ‐ BetweentheNorthandMiddleGuayacantargets,attheMainGuayacanmineralizedsystem,an
overburdencovered800meterwideby1400meterlongareacontainingstronglyanomalousgoldand
copperresponsepatternshavebeenidentifiedinaSoilGasHydrocarbon(SGH)geochemicalsurvey
(ActivationLaboratoriesLTD,SpecialReportA11‐4292,May12,2016).Alongthesouthernborderthe
MiddleGuayacantargetischaracterizedbyscattered,subcroppingepithermalveinmaterialandfloat.
Onecompositegrabsampleofsilicifiedrockandepithermalveinmaterialfromthisareareported
bonanzasilvercontentswithagradeof1090g/tsilverand0.45g/tgold.
TheCompany'srecentsamplingofa500x500meterareadirectlywestoftheMiddleGuayacanbonanza
epithermalsilverzonewashamperedbycoverbutsomefloatandsubcropgrabsampleswereselected.
Eightsamplesreturnedbetween124g/tand445g/tAgwithanadditionalfivesamplesranging
from68g/tto82g/tAg.Goldcontentswereashighas1.08g/tAuandsevensamplesrangedfrom
113ppbto578ppbgold.Onelead‐richsampleassayed1.14%Pb.
TherecentexpandedgrabsamplingprogramconfirmedthatMiddleGuayacanisalargeareawithan
epithermalpreciousmetalmineralizationsignatureofhighlyanomalouscopper,vanadium,bismuth,
antimony,arsenic,mercury,andtellurium.Thisnewareahasnowbeenidentifiedasgeochemically
similartotheepithermalgeochemicalsignaturefoundintheadjacentMiddleGuayacanepithermal
bonanzasilverzone.
Approximately2.5kilometerseastofthecenteroftheMainGuayacantarget,awell‐developedcorridor
ofnorth‐southanomalousmagnetic‐lowlinearfeaturesisunderlainbyalteration,youngvolcanicsanda
satelliteintrusivecomplexnamedtheFarEastGuayacantarget.Atthisprospectprevioussamplesof
hematite‐limoniteweatheredintrusiverockmaterialgradedashighas6.05g/tgoldand26.0g/t
silverwith2.5%lead,0.16%copper,0.12%zincand436ppmvanadiumplusthediagnostic
epithermalelementsignatureofanomalousbismuth,arsenic,antimony,mercuryandtellurium.Recent
FarEastGuayacanexplorationconfirmedthepresenceofalteredintrusionscontainingepidoteand
quartz‐hematitefloatandbrecciamakingthisnewsatelliteintrusivetargetworthyoffurtherfollowup
exploration.
Westminster'srecentexplorationofthenewsurfaceexposuresofpreciousmetalsacrossthehighly
prospectiveGuayacanregionhasbeensuccessfulinexpandingandspecificallydefiningpriority
