CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY - Checks must have local verifiable address, phone number & be drawn on a local bank. NO STARTER, COUNTER or
THIRD PARTY CHECKS. You must have an AVFD Players Club Card or I.D. showing address on the check. By issuing a check to AVFD you agree to pay all
reasonable legal costs should it become necessary to seek legal action if your check is returned to us. You give AVFD permission to publish & display your name
through any means to aid collection.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY - There is a $35.00 charge for all checks returned to us by your bank for any reason. You will have 10 days to redeem any check
that is returned to us along with the $35.00 fee. If you fail to settle your debt within that time, all possible legal actions will be taken up to & including criminal prosecution
by the Criminal Investigation Fraud unit of the Fairfax County Police Department.
BONANZA PROGRESSIVE TREASURE CHEST RAFFLE GAME - A single winner of the Bonanza Treasure Chest raffle game will win $100. That
winner will then get to pick one key out of the available keys and attempt to open the Treasure Chest lock. If that key opens the lock, that winner will receive the total
posted progressive prize amount. If there is more than one winner of the Bonanza game, the winner with the lowest serial number on their winning bonanza card will
select the key & all bonanza game winners will share any progressive prize. The progressive amount is calculated as follows: Any progressive amount carried over from
the previous night + 75% of the net sales from the previous night will determine the posted amount for the current night.
LUCKY 7 GAME - The player will purchase lines for $1.00 ($1 per line) & either select their numbers by filling out the scantron cards or accept random numbers
created by the computer program. We will post the amount of the game and the Lucky 7 Jackpot each night along with the number of calls that you must bingo within
to win the jackpot. If no one wins the progressive jackpot within the specified number we will continue for $100 or 50% of the sale proceeds for the game (whichever is
less). The progressive prize will increase nightly by the lesser of $100 or 50% of sales for that night and the number of calls needed to win will increase by 1 number
until the progressive prize is won.
WINNER TAKE ALL GAMES - EB W-T-A & Regular W-T-A are 2 independent games that each pay all money collected for each independent game up to $1000
per Virginia State law.
AVFD BINGO - HOUSE RULES / REGULATIONS
Rule 1. YOU MUST 14 OR OLDER TO PLAY BINGO. MINORS 14 - 17 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PLAY, PURCHASE OR REDEEM PULLTABS.
Rule 2. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THAT THE CALLER HEARS YOUR BINGO AND STOPS PLAY. YELL LOUD AND HOPEFULLY YELL OFTEN, BUT YELL! PLEASE BE LOUD. In the event that the CALLER does not hear your bingo & calls ANY PART of the next number, we WILL NOT honor your bingo..period. You must have the last number called.
Rule 3. On games played on the same color sheet where the 2nd game on that sheet is played as a continuation game, at least 1 additional number must be called to win that second game.
Rule 4. The number boards are for your convenience only and are not in any way official, only the callers table is considered official and is available for inspection at anytime.
Rule 5. AVFD, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone, for any reason and also reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises, without refund for disruptive, destructive or discourteous behavior.
Rule 6. Any disputes will be resolved at the time of the dispute by the Bingo Manager on Duty and his/her decision shall be final. No disputes about any game will be addressed after the caller has closed the game.
