All time is calculated on the full hour
Four (4) hour min is required on each call (load in, load out or performance)
Four (6) hour min with one (1) head rigger & one (1) high rigger is required on all rigging calls
Half-hour meal break (client provided) or an unpaid one (1) hour walk away is required after five (5) hours otherwise, meal
penalty is billed at overtime rate until break is provided
Two (2) hour min call back after a one (1) hour break
Calls with eight (8) or more individuals require a working supervisor and calls with sixteen (16) or more may require more
than once supervisor and determined as needed based on the needs of the call
Eight (8) hour min rest between the end of a call and the start of the next call, or a “turn around” charge of 150% on base
rate will be charged
Overtime billed at 150% of regular rate after ten (10) hours per day and/or forty (40) hours per week
24-hours prior notice required for all cancellations, otherwise, the four (4) hour minimum will be charged
A crash charge of 50% of regular rate will be applied on orders received the dame day or the prior da of the order
RAT - Rope Access Technicians (SPART certified) are required for all off gird rigging or rigging without a Fall Protection
System (FAS), unless specifically authorized by the venue
