changes in the way you manage your account. Your Windstream Customer Portal will become Windstream Online. Here you will enjoy

In order for you to begin accessing this enhanced site after the transition, your Windstream Online Administrator will need to complete a onetime account verification step when he or she first lands on this page. You may also receive an additional email outlining a similar change if
you are one of our customers using other Windstream products or services.

Assign a Windstream Online Administrator.

Locate your
PIN Number.
The following steps must be performed by the individual your company designates as your Windstream Online Administrator.
This individual will need access to Windstream invoices and be willing to manage and add additional portal user access for your
company. Visit windstream.com/portalFAQ for more information on this role.
Your PIN number is on your most
recent invoice in the center of page 1.
On your invoice, you will also find the
account number and billing zip code
you need for registration.

Click “Register
for Access”.
On the left-side of the new login
page, click ‘Register for Access’.
You will be taken to a secure
registration page where you will
enter your account number, billing
zip code and PIN number.

Complete
Registration Steps.
Create a username, password and
security questions. When you submit
your information, return to your email
and follow the link in the automated
new registration email to complete
your registration.
Once you complete this quick registration, you are ready to log in to Windstream Online! Visit windstreamonline.com to access the
portal. Please be aware that for a short time during the weekend of the migration the portal will be temporarily unavailable. Should this
affect your anticipated access plans, please know that the expected downtime is minimal.
