Mango Sorbet by NutriBullet Makes: 5 Servings MANGO SORBET: INGREDIENTS 2 ½ cups frozen mango chunks 1/3 cup ginger syrup o 3 cups ray organic coconut sugar o 1 ½ cups water o ¼ lb. fresh ginger, sliced DIRECTIONS Add ginger syrup ingredients into a sauce pan and simmer until sugar is dissolved, strain and store in the refrigerator. Once the ginger syrup has cooled, blend mango and syrup in the NutriBullet until smooth. Enjoy!
