Have you ever used your math skills to make lemonade? Do you love to paint? How about running a race – in a sack? Sunday, May 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those are just some of the things kids will experience at GardenPalooza on Sunday, May 22. Here’s a rundown of all the cool things we have planned: Location: Wildwood School Elementary Campus The band Your Parents, composed entirely of Wildwood parents, will rock the house. We’ll have a rock wall at Big Yard for climbing fun. Games like the sack race, three-legged race, and wheel barrel race will challenge athletic skills. Kids can dye fabric, paint a mural, make lemonade and salsa, and plant their own seedlings. Face painting! Yummy food from Let’s Be Frank and Coolhaus ice cream will be available for purchase. Grown-ups will appreciate the fresh produce for sale at our mini Farmer’s Market. 12201 Washington Place Los Angeles, CA 90066 GardenPalooza is being held in collaboration with the annual Popsicle Picnic to celebrate the new Big Yard Woods, Pod Gardens, and Handprint Courtyard that we hope to build this summer.
