You have been given remote Citrix access to: ONCALL
Remote Application Access through Citrix when you are away from your office

Go to external home page www.uch.edu. Click on the “For Employees” link on the top right. Click on link for
Windows Citrix Client download and install. For any prompts select “run or install” do not click on
“save”. Reboot when done.

Go to https://ctxapps.uch.edu from a web browser like Internet Explorer. It is best to add this as a Trusted Site
first before logging into this page—go to Tools menu in IE and select internet options. Then go to security tab
and select trusted sites, then click sites button and add the https://ctxapps.uch.edu as trusted site.

Once site is “Trusted”, log in with your regular windows domain credentials and you will have a list of apps
available to you through this web interface.

At this time because of security concerns, most users will not have the functionality to print, copy/cut, and paste
through the Citrix Access Gateway.



The web page may be initially slow to load as the secure connection is established.
Please delete the shortcut that you have on your desktop.

If you are here at work in your office you can access the hospital hub http://hub.uch.edu/ page and click on
Systems/Application on the right side of your screen
Once on the Systems/Applications page click on AppWeb2
appweb2 applications and the icon for on call will be displayed.
Oncall click on it

Click on Open an existing schedule…
Then enter Amion admin password and hit the blue arrow to Open from Amion
How to open ONCALL:
RECENT UPGRADE CAUSING ERROR
I have been getting a lot of calls from schedulers who are not able to save their schedule because they get an error –
Invalid Admin password
Please make sure that when opening your on call schedule through AppWeb2 (Citrix) always click on:
1. Open an existing schedule
2. Then when you get the screen below, please enter under Amion admin password as follows:
All lowercase: uco(space)password
Then click on Open from Amion
Enter password here
