Today it is getting harder and harder
to come across jobs
and money, “mommy
and daddy” can’t always slide you an extra
20 dollar bill or cover
costs that you thought
you could. The effects
of this are really going
to start to show this
Christmas, also known
as the gift giving season. Grandchildren
will tend to want to get
their grandmother and
grandfather something
extra special for Christmas, usually because
they have been the best
provider for them all
through their life. But
sadly “extra special”
usually falls under the
category of “extra expensive” but with
grandparents, they love
to get back to the basics of simple things
and homemade love.
Thus the best
gift you could ever get
them, if they don’t
truly need anything
else is a homemade
Christmas gift. You
can do many things
such as bake some of
her favorite cookies
from when she was a
girl and put them in jar
and then decorate it,
put dates and quotes on
it that she loves to use
or a simple “Merry
Christmas.” Grandparents also love pictures.
Make a photo album or
a tree ornament with
pictures on it. Or if you
are feeling a little artistic you could paint a
picture of something
you know they like, it
could even be a paint
by number picture, and
frame it and then give
it to them as a gift. After all, grandma and
grandpa will love anything that their little
angels give them.
If you do nothing else,
simply call them and
few days before the
holiday and tell them
that you love then and
actually listen to a few
of their stories they are
always trying to tell
you. It’s just something
about the cold snow
and the warmth of family that just might make
you want to listen.

Skyrim
Skyrim is the latest installment in the elder scrolls series. It has been called by some
the best one yet but what makes
this game so unique to the others? The answer is quite simple
actually, nothing. The game has,
for the most part, the same exact
functions and effects as its
predecessors. While testing this
game upon the laptop, I found it
to be put together extremely
well. Although the game was
meant for the Xbox 360, it func-

with several bonuses. In return
for giving up fantastic graphics
and details, the pc gamer can use
the control key to greatly simplify the game play. Personally,
I believe I would not have
reached the level I did without

Who doesn’t miss their childhood?

and bell bottoms are also making a
comeback, these are two very different
styles but either goes great with a nice
pair of boots or even some heels. And
some accessories include wristbands,
hair bows, ties, bigger necklaces and
rings, and everyone’s all-time favorite,

Aries- This is a time to watch what you say, silly little things that slip have been piling up and hurting the people around you.
Take a deep breath and think before you speak or act. This might be a sensitive time for others around you. Open your eyes and
see what is past your nose.
Taurus- She/he knows what you have been thinking and everything will flow much more smoothly if words are just released, this
may not be a bad thing.
Gemini- Pick up the phone and make that call, there is nothing wrong at all with missing someone or wondering how they are
feeling. This could also benefit you, and that secret goal that you have been too nervous to put into voice.
Cancer- Relax, and please do try not to pile so many responsibilities on your little self, when you start to wear yourself out it worries your loved ones. So give yourself and everyone else a break and ware some loose fitting clothes and some slip on shoes.
Leo- Get to work! Now is NOT the time to let yourself fall behind or even think about going easy on your work, it’s not going to

Libra-Splurge a little this month and do something of kindness, this doesn’t have to be with money, it is possible to go all out with

Sagittarius- Get back to your roots and take the road less traveled by to get there.
Capricorn- Find an old photo album and see what you have forgotten or what you have been missing, it just might help with all
those things that you have been feeling.
Aquarius- You, yes you, have beautiful hair and you should be proud of it.
Pisces- There is nothing wrong with being sad, let some feelings out and don’t be afraid to keep moving forward, even if you have
to go alone. Fall back into that one old friend that you have been missing for a long time now.
