Some green areas to be able to clear head after a stressy day/morning. Very important for staff morale. The planning application for new homes on the St James’ site will be supported by a transport assessment. The Council will need to consider the infrastructure (including schools) required to support the proposed new homes when it determines the planning application. Additional parking capacity is planned for St Mary’s via a decked park close to the DSC building. We have not previously presented proposals for the development of the phase 1 land at the St James’ Hospital site.
